Vintage Valentine

As promised, here I am for the 2nd post of the day. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!! I honestly thought about wearing my dress that has the kisses & dots (from previous post), but at the last minute decided to wear something inspired by texture that had a vintage feel. Loving this skirt as a new addition to my wardrobe! Love the leather/lace cut-outs. Of course, no Valentines Day look would be complete without one of the following: hearts, red, pink, or lip-print. I added red in my lipstick, shirt, gloves, bag & vintage heart necklace, so I am pretty sure I'm covered! 

Actually, my hubby and I have nothing special planned tonight for several reasons- 1.) He works late, 2.) Who wants to go out on one of the busiest restaurant nights of the year? and 3.) We already celebrated!! :) Last night we made homemade pizza, and ate it by candlelight while listening to jazz. For dessert, we kept it simple and delicious with locally made brownies and Organic Vanilla ice-cream from Whole Foods. Oh, and some tasty Lindt truffles! YUM! What did or will you do? Hat- Nordstrom, Shirt- Forever 21, Cardigan- Banana Republic, Gloves- Anthropologie, Necklace- Vintage, Belt- Nordstrom, Skirt- Zara, Tights- HUE, Boots- Bought on Modcloth.com, Bag- Topshop.
